I was talking with a friend this week about some changes in my energy and confidence and while I’m not perfect I was telling her I had like an “aha” moment that changed everything for me

I would see others succeeding at things, going for their dreams, enjoying their family and friends — and I thought “why not me too?”

why can’t I be better at fitness? love my body, have a successful business? be the fun mom and wife? I want to be that girl.

I get to choose to have that energy of “I love my life” - choosing to show up as my best self - as the woman I want to be - I can show up as SHE would show up 🤍

I start with freshly blow dried hair and make sure to blow hair in an up or opposite direction at the root (this gives me more volume)

section hair and curl 1-2 inch sized pieces

curl hair to the bottom (don’t leave ends straight for this style)

let curls completely cool before breaking up the curl - I used my hands but a wide tooth comb would be better 🤍

hairspray or texture spray if you like 🙌🏻
