HOW TO DECORATE WITH A DAISY TABLE CENTERPIECE

the end of summer just makes me want to have BBQs and all the late nights outside – I’m not quite ready for fall and so I wanted to share this cute, simple table that we put together for a Sunday dinner with family. here are a few tips on how to decorate with a daisy table centerpiece.

the pops of color and the daisies felt fresh and this scene was a pretty excuse to take some photos.

the mugs I found on sale here and here, I LOVE kitchen things and honestly the addiction is real – I’m always on the hunt for pretty plates, cute cups and vases that I stash around my house

pick a color palette – I chose yellows, pinks and oranges as my main inspiration – the colors play well together and since they’re from the same family they almost blend, creating an ombre

keep it simple with one flower in the centerpiece – by having daisies as my only flower in the centerpiece I was able to accent with floral printed mugs and it didn’t feel ‘too busy’ or ‘wild’ by having multiple patterns going on.

accent with white – as much as I’m obsessed with colors and patterns, there is a great balance by bringing in white. I love the white plates and white napkins among all the colorful accents too

the pink plates and vase I found at IKEA, so if you’re ever around or online at H&M, check them out. you can definitely found some gorgeous pieces that are more budget friendly!

(love this blue plate + this white plate)

picking a color palette, keeping the table simple and accenting with white are how to decorate with a daisy table centerpiece. I hope you enjoyed this post and can have some fun dining before it gets too cold. we’re expected for a few days in the late 90’s and 100 degrees this week – so we’re still feeling summer!
