HOW TO CREATE THE CUTEST DAISY THEMED PARTY IN 4 STEPS

July was a busy month for our family with 2 birthdays in 1 week! here’s how to create the cutest daisy themed party in 4 steps! I’ve learned that it doesn’t have to be the biggest or showiest party to be a pretty party! here are 4 simple things that didn’t cost us a lot of money but had a really cute impact for our daughter’s first birthday!

1- flower balloons

I put together a few different kits from amazon to piece together the colors that I specifically wanted but the options are endless! I’ve seen the cutest balloon garlands and backdrops made with a variety of gorgeous colors – including purples, yellows, and ombre pinks!

here is the pump I used – along with this kit, this kit and this one too

I just use ribbon or fishing wire to attach the balloon strip to the banister and I use painters tape to attach the daisies to the wall – then it doesn’t ruin the finish of the wall.

2- the cake

I took inspiration through Pinterest and found a few simple designs with darling daisy details and had our cake done up by a local bakery – click here for treat inspo – again the colors and varieties are endless and truly customizable!

cookies are also darling if you didn’t want to do cake (or do both!!) I love the sugar cookies with piping details – like, are you kidding?!! cute!!! check out our homemade sugar cookie recipe here

3- fresh daisies

pretty vases with fresh flowers are a fun accent and absolutely perfect for the center of the treat table – I found our vases from Ikea but head into a local thrift shop for some funky or vintage ones

4- the outfit

my sweet little girls’ daisy outfit was on amazon for under $10 (love this baby dress) and my daisy pants were a splurge (totally worth it though) because heck we only turn 1 and 30 once right?? πŸ˜‰ sharing a birthday week with her is fun and I’ll forever cherish it!

and that’s how to create the cutest daisy themed party in 4 steps! I hope as you’re celebrating that you get to spend time with the ones you love – live in the moment and enjoy the process!
