graphic tee + jeans // 2 ways to wear it with thredUP

I’m excited to share with you how I styled a graphic tee + jeans in 2 ways using pieces I found on thredUP. this post is in collaboration with thredUP.

I LOVE tee shirts and this ‘Lover’ tee by Rebecca Minkoff I have admired for a couple seasons, and was SO happy to see it on the resale fashion site thredUP!

I don’t mind buying from resale sites at all – I think it’s so fun! you can find great treasures and amazing deals on brands that are usually more expensive. a few of my favorite designer pieces have come from resale sources and they’ve always been authentic.

LOOK 1

this first outfit I’m in love with. I think the vibe is just so cool and fun, very boho and free spirited! the kimono I’ve had for a while now, but the tee, cute heels and jeans are new to me from thredUP.

the jeans are Abercrombie & Fitch found on thredUP and they fit perfectly. I love that online thredUP has a feature for narrowing down sizes of pants, even down to the inseam! being petite, I get nervous buying jeans online because they never fit me like they do on the models .. but I’m so HAPPY and will definitely be buying jeans from thredUP using this search tool again!

I knew I wanted a really fun pair of shoes, but I also didn’t want to spend a lot. these Nine West heels were less than $25 and are the perfect shoe for all my boho / 70’s dreams this summer! I tend to dress more bohemian in the summer months and can’t wait to style them with dresses and maxi skirts!

LOOK 2

this second outfit is more subtle in color and feels a little more preppy. I love layering a button down over a tee for the days that the weather is a little cooler. it feels like a jacket, but adds just enough to the outfit without completely covering you.

it’s seriously so fun for me to find great brand names for killer deals, and these Paige jeans (that are in PERFECT condition) were less than $30! they fit like a glove and I didn’t have to cuff them or hem them and they are the best length! hallelujah thredUP for showing me that I CAN find jeans that fit! lol

another great find were my sandals, Dolce Vita – retailing for over $100, I got these darling neutral sandals for around $25! I’m just SO excited! I have a blast shopping, but I’ve really tried being more conscious of what I’m spending my money on and if what I’m buying is really worth it.

buying brands that I know are made to last or spending less on ‘trendy’ pieces is something that I’m working on this year. ultimately if you like it, buy it, wear it, rock it.

thanks so much for reading! to sign up for thredUP, check out their site — don’t want to shop, but have stuff to sell? consign with them too!
