.tiger daisy .. 2 bags in 1.

today I'm so excited to be teaming up with Tiger Daisy to share our new diaper bag

Tiger Daisy is a Utah based company that makes the cutest - multi functional bags! Since we've been using ours (it's been a few weeks) I have not looked back at our previous bag! I'm hooked on the idea of having 2 lightweight bags :) they can easily hook up to become 1 or come apart to be separate bags.

I like to use one bag for all Navi's necessities like formula, bottles, wipes, diapers, snacks ... and the second bag for her books, toys and anything else she might want to play with. I do this because if I'm going somewhere for a while I'll have both bags, but if I'm just running in a store and she doesn't need her toys I'll unhook the second bag and take in just the 'diapers' portion of the bag. this makes it ultra handy so I'm not lugging around a HUGE bag but I don't end up having to empty the bag in the car :) I can just hook the second one back up when I need it.

the bag is actually cute enough that you could use it as a purse too. one side for baby's needs and the other for all of my needs and wants, like a wallet, my phone, lipstick, sunglasses ;) snacks lol. you feel me???

I didn't have the cross body strap hooked to both sides of the bag ;) so that's why one side looks lower than the other - they're the same size bags and they do sit at the same height when hooked together completely :)

her hair kills me! :)

.floral dream.

this outfit makes me feel like the biggest girl boss! where my fist bump emoji at?! I've been having a weird few weeks where I've been feeling a little unsure about myself and my goals. after some reevaluating and self discovery - I've decided to focus on what makes me happy and with new goals in mind I'm excited to take on this new year! (with fall coming I figured a new start can really begin anytime!) I've started working out more days in the week, I really want to be healthier and be proud of my body. no, I'm not curvy (though I wish I had more curves!) I have found comfort in being happy with my shape, and the amazing things my body can do. nothing good comes from being down about our bodies or comparing ourselves to others.

I'm the really pale girl with no curves ;) and I'm going to absolutely rock this skin I'm in.

this belt was the perfect addition to this dress! I seriously love the combination and have a feeling I'll always wear these pieces together ;)

Rachel Parcell absolutely nailed it with this dress! the floral print is divine and the way that the back of the dress is just white is the best surprise! the fabric is a bit structured & the material is beautiful :) really this piece is sooooooo pretty! if you can snag anything from her collection I'd highly recommend one of her floral dresses or skirts

Rachel Parcell dress // Charles David heels // Kate Spade belt, similar // Mac 'snob' lipstick // Target sunglasses, old // Fossil watch

in this outfit I feel powerful, beautiful, sexy, young, and fun :)

not many outfits make me feel this way, but I have made a promise to myself that everything I put into my closet must bring me joy :) because purchasing 'stuff' doesn't make us happy. I want to wear clothing that makes me feel as good as this outfit does :) now I want you all to do the same! let's promise to buy/wear clothes that are a reflection of ourselves and that we can feel confident in :) because when we -feel- good in clothing, we -look- good too. that joy radiates through and we can really shine :)

thank you for stopping by! have a great weekend!

.pink and suede.

today's look is an outfit I wore for a night just hanging out with family :) I am obsessed with these booties and couldn't wait to bust them out! the olive green color is definitely a staple for me this fall and mixing it up with blush pink (again, see my post from last friday ;) this color combo is everything to me right now! I can't get enough!!!! :)

what color combinations are you loving this season???

Old Navy top // Abercrombie jeans // Franco Sarto booties // Target sunglasses, old

I linked below a few more olive booties that I totally can find room for in my closet ;) my husband might not love all the new shoes I want but I've been using Poshmark to sell a lot of things that I'm no longer wearing and it's brought in some extra $$$ ;) if you haven't signed up yet - it's a free app where you can sell / buy clothing, shoes, accessories :) I've been a member for about 2 years and I love it! use code 'PIAKK' for a $5 credit :)

thank you for reading :) and happy poshing!

.pink and polka dots.

don't mind my wind blown locks ;) every Sunday after church the wind likes to make an appearance to give some support in flowing my hair and my skirt :) giving my pictures more movement than I otherwise wouldn't've had without that wind. so, thank you wind.

this is the outfit I wore 2 Sundays ago for teaching in Relief Society. I honestly was so afraid that I would fall over or my knees would lock and I didn't really want to be in heels, but I had a big bruise on my calf I was trying to hide - so a midi skirt had to be my option - and with a midi because I'm the height I am ;) higher heels look the absolute best :) so there you have it. my 100% honest story as to why I chose this outfit. hiding bruises people. it's a real thing.

the polka dot skirt I got from J.Crew at the early part of spring and it has seriously become such a favorite! I LOOOOVE J.Crew for their timeless (but still fun!) pieces :) I usually only shop when they're having discounts/promotions and things are always going on sale! and I like to check J.Crew Factory too! ;) you can always score something awesome and right on trend for a great price!

thank you for reading :)
have a fabulous week!!

I snagged this tee (and if you follow me on Instagram, you've seen me post about it a few times! I LOVE it) I also am excited about mixing in dusty pink with other fall tones for cooler weather :) what color combinations are you excited about for fall?

thank you for stopping by! have a great weekend!

.a bright stripe.

another fun dress by Lularoe, this style is the Julia. it fits more snug, and has no flare. this is a perfect style for a mom on the go or for anyone that just wants to be comfortable but still cute!

I LOVE the playful stripes in the dress and knew I'd want to be more casual with this look (see my dressed up Lularoe dress here)

a denim vest and bright espadrilles were the perfect compliments :)
