like I said above .. I LOVE the plaid and hat trends this year. (honestly I think these two ‘trends’ are staples and everyone should have them in their wardrobe by now 😉 I’m literally obsessed. I keep adding hats to my wardrobe wishlist and I don’t mind it. I would own one in every color, style, texture, shape. I never really thought of myself as a hat person, but I’ve always worn beanies, baseball caps and only in the last couple of years have I branched out to more styles 🙂 I say give something that’s out of your fashion comfort zone a try – you may just fall in love with it!

can we talk about these mules for a second?!
I was a tad worried they’d be hard to walk in (because I’m soooo out of practice of wearing heels) but really they’re comfy and cute (c’mon that’s reason enough right? 😉 so I knew this post was coming up and I was on a special mission to find a really cute plaid top and fell in love with the soft colors of this Abercrombie & Fitch one, it does run big and I wish I had purchased an XS instead of a SM but it is still stylish to wear it oversized 🙂
