.sophisticated grace.

for today's look my sister and I are channeling Anna and Elsa from Arendale ;) complete with wigs and behind the scene action including dancing and singing like the characters ;) :)

we have so much fun dressing up and while I'm not a fan of Halloween (because I HATE being scared) I DO enjoy the chocolate and dressing up cute ;) it's fun to get creative and my sister and I just adore Frozen :) so naturally ;) you know..

.booties .. styles under $100.

under $100 - booties

1 . 2 . 3 . 4 . 5*. 6

*when I created this post these were on sale - they're full price now but watch out for deals!*
I found mine at Nordstrom Rack!
today I wanted to share a few booties that I'm loving for fall! the best part is ... they're all under $100! now $100 is still quite a bit of money, and honestly it can be tough to part with that money for shoes so I put together a second list :) of cute booties under $50! I think of shoes as investments, things I wear ALL THE TIME, so I don't mind splurging on a great pair that I know I'll wear with anything and everything. :) but I also believe that it's possible to find a great look for less!!

booties .. under $50

which booties are your favorites?? :)

have a great day! thanks for stopping by!

.floral lace.

floral top c/o my husband's grandma // hat and necklace borrowed from sister's closet // Fossil watch (linked similar below) // Hollister denim, love this pair // J.Crew mules

I had such a fun time shooting this outfit. I really love how the colors went together and the way this floral top fits is too cute. the shirt is made up of clusters of flowers sewn together - it reminds me of some really cool gem you'd find at anthropologie ;) :) I am really not the type of girl to glam my looks up with bold jewelry (I'm totally a colored shoe or a scarf wearer instead!) but this is totally fun to wear a bold necklace with the white top. it's just enough detail to keep this outfit interesting and the accessories look purposeful and not too crazy :)

I hope you're having an awesome Friday :) enjoy your weekend!

.suede and olive green . blogger collab.

olive blouse via Bohme // H&M suede pants // Boutique 9 booties, old // Billabong hat via Bohme

I love the simplicity in these neutrals together. Last week's post I mixed bold prints with fun colors and today's look is completely opposite. The focus here is on the mix of browns using texture :) My mom and I were out shopping and she's the one who spotted these adorable suede pants!! ;) I'm swooning ... I knew I wanted something really unique and fun this fall and these suede pants hit the mark!

Olive green is a no brainer color that is just perfect for fall ;) naturally these neutrals just mesh together in the best way! today's the last wednesday in our #bloggersFALLfor series featuring the best of the best fall trends :) come back next week for sure though for a very special Halloween feature :)

.dream bag // dream color.

shades of maroon

bag (larger version here) // top // cardigan (under $25) // boots // denim // sunglasses (cutest style!)

the Givenchy Antigona bag is my all time favorite bag, I have loved this style of bag for about 2 years now and I'm just in utter love ;) someday right??!! it's become quite popular with the bloggers now, you're probably seeing it pop up all over the blogging community (can I admit I'm a tad jealous and a little bitter ;) I feel like I loved it first ;) lol)

I thought it'd be fun to do a basically all maroon look :) the light tan boots really are a great accent to this deeper red shade and let's talk about these shades ;) adorbs! and stinkin' inexpensive!! :) talk about a great designer look for less find!

have a wonderful day friends :) thanks for reading!

.fringe & flare denim . blogger collab.

today's #bloggersFALLfor collaboration is all about one of my favorite trends this year - fringe!! the flare denim is a bit harder for me to get excited about because not many companies (at least that I've found) carry flare denim in a petite size! and trust me, unless I want to absolutely drown in the jeans, I need the petite inseam ;) :)

fringe is seriously popping up ALL OVER! and I love it because the trend is in bags, clothes, shoes, accessories .. it's a great trend to ease into and it's one that can suit everyone, all styles, all ages :)

you know the drill ;) check out these lovelies' blogs for their complete looks :)
